While I was painting these two watercolors, I was eatting grapes and an apple. I was
throwing the bad grapes on the sand, near the shrubbery, when a blue jay started
grabbing them and flying back to the nest in the shrubs. Sea birds circled but were
not interested in the meager portions.
I threw the apple core behind me on the sand near the shrubbery there, and to my
surprize, a little wild rabbit came out and munched unafraid. Of course I never
tried to get up with such a menagerie around me.
I camped there that night. I even made a video of it because I was there to perform my
Winter Solstice Ceremony. It was Jan 6th....a little late. But still in time for the
Holiday Season. Soon I will make many nice tapes available for viewing. You will
find the video for these paintings there. But look out, I've got the pyramid up and
my ceremonial dress on.
