"MAUI MEADOWS I"
Kihei, Maui, Hawaii c 1992 yfr We Are the Nectar Introduction 'We Are
the Nectar" Is
all the sky we ever have. If one could see, awake and
sober, To the edge of that tomorrow Planned by Shining Brother, One is touched so deeply to repent, For
Destiny, so lovingly planned, not chance, Draws each
soul forth, toward understanding. Regain grace, and magical potency, Let
the open doors of our heart reveal The Altar of Truth,
the Pillar of Reason. We are the center of our potential. We are the merciful love intended. We are the filled vessel with vintage that sates. A
child of God's Universe.... The nectar, long awaited.....Have
Faith! "EMERGENCE" My ecstatic, elastic, emergence, easily evolved, Evoking movements....monstrous, magnetic, Inner movements. Alive, and fluid...supple. I
am in clouds, forming....and not forming; Childlike
and new, like a flower... Deja vous, from a dream I
once had.... At last bursting with seeds that scatter and sprout, I am burning with light, twirling like a ribbon In
kaleidoscopic precision... Beholding the wholeness that
I AM..... and AM....BECOMING....... "WHERE DOES THE THUNDER GO?" Where does the thunder go, After the atmosphere relieves the saturated weight, Of it's great tenderness? and Where does the sound of my anguish go... After the reeling shock of your negative resistance? Those lost on the trail Will try to show the ego's way...and others, Less in touch, will follow gladly, The lean curvacious Parables; They lustily provide diversion. The frightful weak, follow and applaud The clever headless giants, Thru winding, narrowing chasms... Toward
evermore deserted, obscure canyons.. Bound by desire and greed... Barren....without
seed... Led helplessly as prey. Was this the plan....for Man? Pitiful now, the fragile shells, Crumbling into desert sands, Sifting with winds....even as ... The trickster's empty promises had planned. Dry, crackling, weeping in disbelief.... I call upon the Angel to remand us... For Mercy's Sake...Why could Time not wait! We found the Truth....but it was much
too late... "REGAINING SELF" Arriving at the edge of madness, I can see clearly... Thru
the debilitating confusion; Still seek the genuine divine blossoming That
evokes the nectar sweet. In rapture, dreaming of a fantasy, Hoping beyond rage and nausea To augment the stagnant thickness I must in silence bear. My essential essence Waning...but wait!... I feel the Guardian's warmth, The steady hand that rests, Upon
my shoulder, still reminding me That there is more to life and being, Than
I could ever have imagined. The ego that leads one astray when one is young, Benefits the soul when one is old; Retrieves one from depression for one knows That one contributed the best one could, To that, which brought good fortune to the Whole; That one abandoned selfishness and tried to grow a soul... For the benefit of all...for
loving was the goal. Now one derives a measure of comfort and relief, For
one did not live this life for naught... One used one's life, to illustrate, A creative and joyful path for all. The trick of life is not to fall... But rather to get up again, then stand more tall. Nothing is accomplished lest one try. What's the point of living If one only waits to die?! Those who listen hear the song Unspoken from the heart. The
genuine seek The lyric sweet That clarifies each part. And when one speaks, let truth prevail. Disguise not deeds with hidden greed; Let mercy temper madness in the thrust. Stand strong against adversity's shield and
trust, That grace, so dear, is earned thru love...not fear. Then comes
the blessed Angel whispering... The unexpected Inspiration in our ear.
"VIEW FROM PEACE PARK" Kihei,
Maui, Hawaii c 1996 yfr "KAHAKALOA 2011" That those brave loving souls, Believing a fantasy I shared, Followed gladly though the thick
dark night... Up treacherous, winding, blinding trails Toward a destiny inevitable. Reaching toward Grace. Conceived
from mercy, faith and selfless love, Devotedly forgiving the weak, the greedy
and all fools; These ancient people whose generosity was no rouse... Now crumbling from the occupier's betrayal, and heartless
refusal. Denying what is True.....the sacrament defiled, Now lost in ego's frantic void...now sacrificed ...for naught. They
lay in their own blood and tears Undefeated in Faith. Their painful groaning Audible in the moonless night. The innocent massacred will bear
their light; And in the moment of their departing The Angel will arrive to save each life. How abhorred the foolish nation that completes The senseless brutal victory that defeats It's prophets
and sovereignties of peoples Whose right it still remains to be, On ancestral lands, in their ways... Living freely...as the
true Guardians & Teachers Because they speak the truth and show the Human
Way. from a waking vision in 1981 It all came to pass in 2002 As Nature's Children We Must Depend "AS NATURE'S CHILDREN WE MUST DEPEND" Spontaneously conceived from all elements; In harmony synchronized with forces external Learning from the inaudible
voice Of our shared Spirit eternal. As Nature's children we must depend On all of Nature and Spirit indwelling. That is where life begins and
never ends. Spirit moves on, and that Which
thought it lived Manipulating, fabricating.... Believing that force...and clever words, Could change the truth Could sell the earth Could steal ancestral lands Could rape and desecrate... Make filthy air and water, Bringing all of us that share, Who are together As Guardians and rightful heirs... To the brink of extinction.... HOW DO THEY DARE! The evil elders that we must in silence bear We pray we come to their maturity repentant And try humbly to repair
the wounds inflicted By our departed loved ones.... Who knew not better. When we at last perceive What Fate unbiased has
retrieved And only Destiny dare complete Will it be a fruitless end...for we.... The fragmented unmended?!.....
"POEM FOR STEVEN" Rosey iridescent lips of
pearl Strawberry golden waving hair... Tender friend of moonlight
bridge I've waited so long from the edge... Of reality.....Now
in your arms, I am fulfilled Breathing the whole breath.
