Luis Garza: Mad Hatter of Venice Beach
One fine day in 1994, Luis and I went out on Speedway in Venice Beach and we filmed all day.
Here are a few clips of him doing his hat dance and just being himself. The tape is old now and deteriorating.
He was playing an Earth, Wind and Fire album on the machine. The sun set on that beautiful fun day, but I came acrross
the old tape and because I have nostalgia for that time, I finally edited some pieces out to share. If you know
Luis Garza, let him know I still have the whole tape and will send him a dvd of it whenever he requests it. Don't
